At Gibson’s Soft Serve, we love supporting the local organizations and charities that make a difference in our community! If you have an upcoming event or fundraiser you’d like us to be part of, we’d be happy to hear from you. While we wish we could contribute to every worthy cause, we operate within a set annual giving budget to ensure we can continue serving our community year after year.

Before submitting a donation or sponsorship request, please review the following guidelines. If your organization meets the criteria, complete the request form below in full. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. We strive to respond to all requests within 7–10 business days.

Donation & Sponsorship Guidelines:

• Requests must benefit organizations located within Caroline County.

• We only donate to registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations.

• We prioritize partnerships with organizations that positively impact local families and align with the values of Gibson’s Soft Serve.

• Amateur youth sports team sponsorships (Little League, football, etc.) are reserved for the children of Gibson’s Soft Serve team members.
