Team Member - Job Description

Our team members make Gibson’s what it is! Our job is to welcome folks in, create engaging conversations, make their ice cream creations with excellence, and anticipate any other needs they may have. We take great pride in our work, and strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. On a typical day at Gibson’s, you can expect to do the following tasks:

-Maintain all health code and uniform requirements

-Arrive to work on time and with a positive attitude!

-Manage a cash register - your ability to count cash or willingness to learn that task is crucial!

-Make all of the various items on our menu.

-Clean, clean, clean!

-Take out trash.

-Restock various items and ingredients.

-Sweep and mop floors.

-Maintain a positive work environment for other team members!

-Keep our outdoor area clean and tidy.

This job is paid hourly + tips. Hourly compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.

*Please note, this job is mostly evenings and weekends. We also ask that you commit to a full season (March-October). If you’re unable to work evenings (until 9:30 or 10pm) and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
or are unable to commit to a full season, we will probably not be a good fit!*
